EPA Proposes Amendment to General Routine Uses for Systems of Records

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update its list of general routine uses for systems of records to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and a memorandum from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on responding to data breaches.
