PHMSA Hosts Pipeline Control Room Management Implementation Workshop

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is hosting a public workshop with the National Association of Pipeline Safety Representatives (NAPSR) to discuss the implementation of pipeline control room management, a rule issued by PHMSA on December 3, 2009, and to gather feedback from stakeholders on the rule's guidelines for fatigue management, maximum hours of service, alarm management, and information dissemination.
