Change of Submissions for CERCLA Section 103 Continuous Release Reports to the Appropriate EPA Headquarters Office

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the submission process for Continuous Release Reports, requiring them to be submitted to the appropriate EPA Headquarters office instead of regional offices, and also correcting errors in citations and listed authority.
