SEC Approves Rule Change for Securities Financing Transaction Clearing Service

The Depository Trust Company has submitted a proposed rule change to provide settlement services for transactions entered into under the National Securities Clearing Corporation's Securities Financing Transaction Clearing Service, and the SEC will determine whether to approve or disapprove the change.
