National Indian Gaming Commission Adopts Annual Fee Rates and Fingerprint Fees

The National Indian Gaming Commission has set annual fee rates of 0.00% for tier 1 and 0.08% for tier 2, effective November 1, 2021, with some exceptions for self-regulated tribes. The Commission has also reduced its fingerprint processing fee to $35 per card, a decrease of $10 from the previous rate.
