EPA Proposes New Emissions Guidelines for Oil and Natural Gas Sector

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed new emissions guidelines and performance standards to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the oil and natural gas sector, following a joint resolution by Congress that disapproved a previous rule.
