Pacific Island Fisheries; Amendment 6 to the Fishery Ecosystem Plan for the Mariana Archipelago; Rebuilding Plan for Guam Bottomfish

The Western Pacific Fishery Management Council has proposed a plan to rebuild the Guam bottomfish stock, which is severely depleted, by amending the Fishery Ecosystem Plan for the Mariana Archipelago.
