Sierra Pacific Land & Timber Company Receives Permits for Habitat Conservation Plan and Safe Harbor Agreement

The National Marine Fisheries Service has issued permits to Sierra Pacific Land & Timber Company for a 50-year period, allowing for the incidental take of endangered species as part of their Habitat Conservation Plan and Safe Harbor Agreement, submitted under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
