VA Proposes Updates to Acquisition Regulation for Information Technology and Data Security

The Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing to update its Acquisition Regulation to incorporate new policies on information technology, sensitive information, and data security, including liquidated damages for data breaches, and to remove superseded policies and procedural guidance.
