EPA Proposes Approval of North Carolina State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the North Carolina State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Mecklenburg County, which updates rules related to volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and includes several Reasonably Available Control Techniques (RACT) rules, pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA).
