EPA Proposes Redesignation of Rhinelander Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area in Wisconsin

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to redesignate a portion of Oneida County in Wisconsin to meet the 2010 sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard, and also approves Wisconsin's maintenance plan for the area.
