US Fishery Management Council Withdraws Environmental Impact Statement for Amendment 5

The New England Fishery Management Council has cancelled plans to prepare an environmental impact statement for Amendment 5 to the Northeast Skate Complex Fishery Management Plan, citing that the remaining alternatives are largely administrative and will have minimal impacts on the fishery and environment.
