AmeriCorps to Create System of Records for Personal Health and Religious Information

The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), operating as AmeriCorps, is issuing a public notice to create a system of records called 'Personal Health and Religious Information' to collect and manage personal health and religious information of individuals involved in AmeriCorps activities.
