DOT to Establish Employee Accommodations Files System

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) plans to create a new system to manage employee requests for reasonable accommodations due to medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Rehabilitation Act.
