Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is providing notice of a new Privacy Act system of records, designated as Reasonable Accommodation Records, OSHRC-9.
