EPA Finalizes Refractory Products Manufacturing NESHAP Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for the Refractory Products Manufacturing source category, concluding that the current standards provide sufficient protection for public health and no revisions to emission limits are necessary, while revising certain work practice provisions and adding new provisions for hazardous air pollutants.
