Extension of Deadline for Nominating Delegates to Center for Indigenous Innovation and Health Equity Tribal Advisory Committee

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health has extended the deadline for nominations of qualified candidates to serve as delegates for the Center for Indigenous Innovation and Health Equity Tribal Advisory Committee, originally set for October 29, 2021, to January 7, 2022.
