FAA Sets Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for Aviation Employees

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has confirmed that random drug and alcohol testing rates for covered aviation employees will remain at 25% for drug testing and 10% for alcohol testing from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
