NMFS to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Rule for Hawaiian Spinner Dolphin Time-Area Closures

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) will hold a public hearing to discuss its proposed rule to establish time-area closures for Hawaiian spinner dolphins, following the publication of the rule on September 28, 2021, and a public comment period that ended on December 27, 2021.
