NEH Revises Claims Collection Regulation to Align with Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996

The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) is revising its Claims Collection regulation to align with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as mandated by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Treasury (Treasury), in accordance with the revised Federal Claims Collection Standards (FCCS). The revision aims to update NEH's procedures for handling civil claims for money, funds, or property.
