Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the U.S. Coast Guard's Alaska Facility Maintenance and Repair Activities

The U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received a request from the U.S. Coast Guard to take small numbers of marine mammals during construction activities at eight facilities in Alaska over the next five years. The public is invited to provide comments on the request.
