U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Extends Comment Period for Endangered Species Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service are extending the comment period for a proposed rule to rescind a 2020 rule on listing endangered species and designating critical habitat by 15 days, from October 27, 2021, to November 11, 2021.
