FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive for Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Model MBB-BK 117 C-2 and MBB-BK 117 D-2 helicopters due to a reported incorrect installation of a collective bellcrank-K. The proposed directive would require inspections and potentially allow for the installation of a corrected collective bellcrank-K.
