National Indian Gaming Commission Proposes Changes to Facility License Notifications

The National Indian Gaming Commission is proposing to modify its facility license notification rule to make it easier for tribal governments and gaming regulatory authorities to submit required notices, particularly in cases where a facility has not yet been assigned a name or address.
