National Indian Gaming Commission Proposes Fee Amendment

The National Indian Gaming Commission is proposing changes to its procedures for calculating annual fees owed by gaming operations, which would allow certain promotional credits to be excluded from the calculation of Assessable Gross Gaming Revenue.
