EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement for Maywood Chemical Superfund Site in New Jersey

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with Jeco Corporation to clean up the Maywood Chemical Superfund Site in Bergen County, New Jersey, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980.
