DHS to Submit Information Collection Request for Certificate of Non-Existence

The Department of Homeland Security, in conjunction with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is seeking an additional 30 days for public comments on a new information collection request for a Certificate of Non-Existence, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
