Urea Ammonium Nitrate Solutions From the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Determination With the Final Antidumping Duty Determination

The US Department of Commerce has found that the sole known producer/exporter of urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Trinidad and Tobago is receiving subsidies, and is inviting interested parties to comment on this preliminary determination, which will be finalized in the coming months.
