Coast Guard Updates NVIC 19-14 Policy on Qualified Assessors

The US Coast Guard has announced the availability of Change 3 to NVIC 19-14, which revises the policy on qualified assessors for STCW endorsements, allowing assessments signed before January 1, 2024, to be accepted until June 30, 2024.
