US Department of Commerce Finds Revoking Countervailing Duty on Turkish Steel Pipes Unlikely to Stop Subsidies

The US Department of Commerce has concluded that revoking the countervailing duty on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey would likely allow the country to continue providing subsidies to its steel pipe exporters.
