EPA Fails to Review Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry Standards, Says Group of Environmental Advocates

A group of environmental organizations, including the Sierra Club, have filed a citizen suit under the Clean Air Act, alleging that the EPA failed to review and revise standards for the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry, and are seeking a consent decree to address the issue.
