Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: HOTEL CALIFORNIA (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the HOTEL CALIFORNIA (Motor), to carry passengers for hire in the U.S. The vessel will have a capacity for no more than twelve passengers.
