HUD Proposes Update to Line of Credit Controls System (LOCCS) Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is proposing to update its Line of Credit Controls System (LOCCS), a disbursement and cash management system, to collect and maintain records on grantees, following a review of the system.
