Shell Receives Letters of Authorization for Marine Mammal Surveys in Gulf of Mexico
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued Letters of Authorization (LOA) to Shell Offshore Inc. for geophysical surveys related to oil and gas activities in the Gulf of Mexico, allowing for the incidental take of marine mammals.
