FMCSA to Allow Maryland, New Hampshire, and Virginia to Continue Using Revised CDL Testing Procedures

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a request from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) to grant a multi-year exemption, allowing the states of Maryland, New Hampshire, and Virginia to continue using revised Commercial Driver's License (CDL) pre-trip vehicle inspection and control skills test procedures.
