US Imposes Countervailing Duties on Chinese Mobile Access Equipment
The US Department of Commerce has issued a countervailing duty order on certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies from China, following affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission, and amending its final determination to correct ministerial errors.
