Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessel LA VIE DANSANTE (Sail): Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, LA VIE DANSANTE (Sail), to carry up to 12 passengers for hire under a U.S. coastwise endorsement. The vessel will operate in the U.S. and the request aims to assess the impact on U.S. vessel builders and businesses using U.S.-flag vessels.
