DoD Finalizes Policy for Federal Voting Assistance Program

The Department of Defense (DoD) is finalizing policy for the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), a program that assists overseas Service members and other overseas citizens with registering to vote, based on an interim final rule published on March 6, 2020.
