U.S. Department of Education Withdraws Notice on Mandatory Civil Rights Data Collection, Issues New Comment Request

The U.S. Department of Education has withdrawn its previous notice on mandatory civil rights data collection and issued a new comment request, proposing a revision to an existing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
