U.S. Department of Energy Announces Data Availability for Comments on Draft Consent-Based Siting Process for Nuclear Waste Storage

The U.S. Department of Energy is making available comments received on its draft consent-based sitting process for consolidated storage and disposal facilities for spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste, following a request for information issued in December 2021.
