EPA Proposes Approval of Arizona Air Quality Department Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate emissions of particulate matter from wood burning devices, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
