NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has published standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut to calculate the observer fee under the North Pacific Observer Program, with invoices to processors and registered buyers due by January 15, 2023.
