DHS Invites Public Comment on Extension of Immigrant Petition Collection

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public input on the proposed extension of a currently approved collection of information related to immigrant petitions by alien entrepreneurs, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
