CSX Corporation and CSX Transportation, Inc. Seek Control and Merger of Several Railroads

The Surface Transportation Board will hold a virtual public hearing on January 13, 2022, to consider a proposal by CSX Corporation and CSX Transportation, Inc. to acquire several railroads, including Pan Am Systems, Inc. and Boston and Maine Corporation, with the goal of consolidating their operations.
