FERC Publishes Notice of Modifications to FERC Transit Subsidy Program Records

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is publishing a notice of modifications to its FERC Transit Subsidy Program Records, which includes 10 new routine uses to disclose information in response to a breach of personally identifiable information, as mandated by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-17-12.
