DHS to Submit Information Collection Request for Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman Form

The Department of Homeland Security will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance of a form used by the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
