NMFS Adjusts Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Fisheries Subquota for December 2021

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has adjusted the December 2021 subquota for Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT) by adding 15.5 metric tons, bringing the total to 54.6 metric tons. As a result, the General category fishery for large, medium, and giant BFT is closed for the remainder of 2021.
