FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for De Havilland Aircraft Model DHC-8-401 and -402 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address reports of bleed air leaks and failure of the leak detection shroud on De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Model DHC-8-401 and -402 airplanes, requiring removal and inspection of affected components and replacement with redesigned assemblies.
