USPS Proposes Revision to Privacy Act System of Records for Investigative Link Analysis

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is proposing to revise a General Privacy Act System of Records to support an initiative by the United States Postal Inspection Service to conduct link analysis for investigative purposes, as part of a recently announced effort to enhance national security.
