EPA Extends Comment Period for Oil and Gas Sector Climate Review

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for its proposed rule on new source performance standards and emissions guidelines for the oil and natural gas sector until January 31, 2022, following numerous requests from stakeholders due to the complexity of the proposed rulemaking.
